(1) "Electromagnetic heating roller heating steel-aluminum composite processing" is the core technology of anti-corrosion and heat-insulating steel-aluminum composite plate production equipment

(2)The production line is equipped with 8 sets of electromagnetic heating rollers. The overall temperature tolerance of each electromagnetic heating roller is ±0.1 °C, and the overall temperature tolerance of the panel temperature is ±1. This ensures the integrity and uniformity of product quality.

(3)The total length of the equipment is 372 meters, which is the best advanced production line that can realize aluminum alloy composite and color coating processing at the same time.

Nano PET material is incorporated into the XHH Nano Heat Insulation Steel-Al Composite Panel  to protect the inner base steel sheet.The service life of the nano PET anti-aging film is more than ten years,which is why it can provide great protection to the base steel sheet.After being tested in the salt spray environment for over 500 hours(equal to more than 20 years pf normal condition outdoor use),no peeling off, rusting condition is discovered on our product.
