3,XHH patent seamless  end cutting: wall purlin connect to floor purlin without gap.
The two ends of the vertical frame can be seamlessly connected to the web of the bottom and top horizontal frames. So the weight of the house can be directly loaded and passed by the vertical frame which makes the house much safer. For the normal connection, the two ends of the vertical connection frame are not seamlessly connected to the horizontal frame web. The weight of the house relies on the friction of the nail socket, the tension and shear force of the connecting screw.

4,Hydraulic system(regrigerator)

The machine has a long-term working period in tropical zone and high temperature days. About 70~80% working time of the machine is for punching and cutting which will easily cause the high temperature of the hydraulic oil under a long time high pressure & high frequency working. So the machine should be equipped with refrigeration system or water cooling system

Some machines are equipped with wind cooling system which absolutely cannot meet the requirement of lowering hydraulic system temperature if the environment temperature is higher than 40ºC. Under stable production ability and low failure rate, the machine is able to ensure that the customer can finish their further fabricated orders with high quality
